Houses for workers: Including 588 ones, of which

: 1.133 m2
- Floor area : 3.254 m2
- Building height : 3 floors
  Total apartments 42/block x 10 blocks = 420 apartments (area for each apartment is from 58 m2/apartment to 64 m2/apartment)
 

+ Apartment building B

 

- Area for construction

: 480 m2
- Floor area : 1.440 m2
- Building height : 3 floors
 

Total apartments 13/block x 8 block = 104 apartments (area for each apartment is from 58 m2 to 64 m2)

 

Houses for high-income workers and managing staff: 84 apartments, of which

  + Villa: 24 villas
 

- Land area  

: from 340 m2 to 400 m2
- Area for construction : 146 m2
- Floor area : from 250 m2/apartment to    300 m2/apartment
- Building height : 2 floors
  + Apartment block D: including 60 apartments
 

Area for construction

: 854 m2
Floor area : 3.389 m2
Building height : 4 floors
  Total apartments 60 apartment /block (area for each apartment is 64 m2/apartment)
 

Area for public utilities:

 

The area for public utilities is at the central part of the project site, connecting with the tree gardens in order to perform its own functions:

 

+ To provide bare necessities to nearby residents.

  + To have canteens.
  + To have retail outlets, public facilities such as hair cutting, health care services.
  + To have meeting clubs for entertainment activities.
  + To have sports area including swimming pool, tennis course with flower gardens and lawns

: 5.575 m2
- Area for construction : 800 m2
- Floor area : 1.128 m2
- Building height : 2 floors
 


In summary, the project will make a certain contribution to enhance the beauty of the whole urban area and create more land pool to Dongnai province's in particular and the whole country's in general. The project master plan has also set out sufficient resolutions to limit bad effects to the environment. However, there must be specific regulations applied to all building executive bodies as well as regulations on management of the residential areas in order to minimize probable bad effects to the environment of the whole area.
