Dong Nai province has gained high economic growth over the years with 10.3% per year increase in GDP. It is one of the country's leading province in terms of foreign direct investment. The province has 17 industrial estates with total area of 8,120. However, in the past years housing land pool was very limited and high-class housing land integrated with nature is modest. Foreign businesspeople working in Dong Nai industrial parks used to rent those high-class houses in HCM city. In such a scenario, Tin Nghia Company is assigned by the Dong Nai People's Committee to invest in a compound project of resort integrating with high-class housing estates in Tan Van commune, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province. The project has been approved by the Dong Nai government of detailed planning on 1/1000 scale under Decision No. 852/QĐ.CT.UBT dated 24/03/2004. |
