Company staff : by 1990 the Company had only ten people in all. At present the Company's personnel reach 1,239 salaries (as of 30 June, 2009), management staff was 162 accounting for 13 per cent of the whole of which post-graduates took 2.8 per cent, graduates 22.3 per cent, college and high school graduates 17.2 per cent and 59 per cent, 1.04 per cent for skilled workers and normal workers, respectively.

Additionlly, the Company did exert extensive efforts in its training activities : more than 450 participations of staff have been attending a host of training courses so as to improve qualifications and foreign language skills. 23 out of which went overseas for study. 

Tin Nghia came out as the province's first business enterprise to organize on-site courses for CEO and CFO under the education co-operation program between Tin Nghia and the Development Economy Institute of the Economics University of Ho Chi Minh City.
