As far as the industrial park infrastructure development and operation is concerned, so far as the middle of the year 2005, Tin Nghia has been developing 5 industrial parks on a total area of 2,425 ha, four of which named Nhon Trach 3, Tam Phuoc, Ong Keo and Tan Phu are directly managed by the company. 60% of the total land area of those industrial parks have been occupied. And the remaining one to which Tin Nghia has joined equity is also leased out.

In view of certain achievements reaped from this business operation, Tin Nghia company continues to devise plans for Ong Keo industrial park. Situated along Ong Keo embankments and bordering Long Tau and Dong Tranh rivers in Phuoc Khanh commune, Nhon trach district, this industrial park is so favorable for the growth of such heavy industries as ship building, metallurgy, car manufacture, thermo-electricity production, buiding material production that need the use of on-site wharfs. |

Half of the 856-ha Ong Keo industrial park have been occupied by Sun Steel Ltd. Company of Taiwan, Sanrimjohap of South Korea, Vietnam Power Corporation, the Communication Mechanical Company No.2 ... Its infrastructure is being developed for new comers. |
