In the area of industrial park development and operation, Tin Nghia has up to date 2009 developed seven industrial parks with a total area of 2,693 hectares. Tam Phuoc Industrial Park

The industrial park, with a total area of 323 hectares, was developed by Tin Nghia in 2002. All its industrial land has been leased out. Tam Phuoc is rated as an industrial zone with the fastest pace of construction and investment attraction in Vietnam. At present, 58 investors from many countries in the world are operating here with total investment capital of about USD 300 million.
