On 10 October, 2007 in HCM city, Tin Nghia Company., Ltd held a press conference regarding the Initial Public Offering of its subsidiary - Tam Phuoc IP Development Service Enterprise, where the auction thereof will be taking place at HoChiMinh city Stock Exchange in the early of November, 2007.

On June 5, 2007 Tin Nghia Company held the inauguration of Tam Phuoc waste water treatment station at Tam Phuoc Industrial Park (Long Thanh district). Participating the event were Mr. Huynh Chi Thang, standing Vice Chairman of Dongnai's People Council, Mr. Ao Van Thinh, Deputy Chairman of Dongnai's People Committee, and representatives of related services and departments. |

24 May 2007 – Inauguration of Sat Market with total investment of 120 billion VND. |

SAfter nearly eighteen months of intensive construction, on 24 May 2007 Tin Nghia Company officially held a special inauguration of Sat Market with investment capital amounted to 120 billion VND. his new Sat Market is located on an area of 22,000 sq.m. in line with the province's planning. The market structured with two floors : the ground floor serving 250 stalls in night-sessions, the first floor to accommodate 677 stalls for daytime operations. |
